Each ELX creative wellness session is shaped through formative, intuitive, and responsive models, uniquely tailored to reflect the dynamics of your group. Rooted in creative practice and informed by ancient wisdom, ELX offers space to express, release, and transform.
Each ELX can span from a 1-hour session to a full-day or multi-day event, designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to grow.
ELX EXPERIENCES
IN-TO-ME-C: Art & Intimacy Workshop
In-to-me-see: art & Intimacy workshop combines blind drawing techniques (drawing without looking) with eye gaze exercises.
The experience guides participants to practice their ability to see beyond the eye through deeply observing and listening — these exercises help to expand their relation to space, identity, and sensory.

Understanding My Flow: Moon Cycle Syncing workshop
An ancient science guide to remembering what your body has always known: you were never meant to live in a linear, 9–5 world. In this workshop, we offer a one-of-a-kind, holistic, and intuitive path to harmonize your lifestyle and creative project timelines with the infradian rhythm — a 28-day internal tide that mirrors the moon’s cycles and honors the four inner seasons: follicular, ovulation, luteal, and menstrual.
Together, we create our own calendar.

🍒 Like A Girl Mural and Art Installation 🍒 was created to meet a vital need: safe, affirming, and high-quality in-home art services for queer, trans*, elder, disabled, and femme individuals—those too often met with discomfort or harm in traditional “handyman” spaces.
We offer creative installation services with a focus on excellence, care, and cultural sensitivity. Our work is collaborative and detail-oriented, grounded in respect and a shared love for transforming spaces through art.

🪑We rarely make exceptions to install shelves, curtain rods, lighting or furniture. While this may appear to be the same skill as picture hanging, please be aware - it’s not our expertise.
🚘 A travel fees for 50.00 will be applied for all 45 miles+ distance from 94607
🤝 8% of Insurance / Contingency will be applied for all projects that require hardware tools, ladder, and heavy lifting (over 50 lbs)
🅿️ Parking is crucial for us to load in our equipment! If parking is not conveniently available, we do charge for an at-cost parking fee.
